Some impressions from my retreat in the Rocky Mountains, Colorado. Mindfulness meditation (shamatha, tranquility of the mind) and insight meditation (vipashyana) bring silence from a busy worklife, provide space for a digital detox and media overload, settle the mind, boundlessness, deep insights, joy, bliss, and much more.

Science and meditation are not separate, but if integrated allow us to become fully alive, realize our full human potential, and bring creativity and innovation to the work place.
